CSIP IPR Service Division

As a public institution directly under the Ministry Of Information Industry Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center (CSIP) is in charge of the construction of the national software and integrated circuit public service platform to provide public, neutral and open services for the development of China’s software and integrated circuit industry and enterprises.
To perfect the intellectual property protection system for China’s information industry, effectively prevent and avert risks, and realize intellectual property value appreciation, CSIP has specially set up IPR Service Division. The Division is devoted to establishing an open IPR service platform and a core service platform for effective IPR solutions. Based on the software and integrated circuit industry, the Division will provide internationally synchronized science & technology information service for domestic enterprises, and provide strong support to the compilation and fulfillment of the national IP strategies in high-tech areas.

Joint Labs

CSIP-Dawei Intellectual Property Application Lab On Jul. 27, 2007, CSIP – Dawei Intellectual Property Application Lab was jointly established by CSIP and Dawei Software Company to provide specialized patent search and analysis software, IP strategy consulting service and IP training service for government departments, public units, and enterprises.

CSIP Intellectual Property Application Exhibition Center
In Sept. 2007, CSIP Intellectual Property Application Exhibition Center, China’s first exhibition center for IP analysis application software, was established. In the first phase, the Exhibition Center has collected 15 excellent software from 7 experienced enterprises in the IP software industry, containing patent database, patent download tool, patent analysis software and enterprise IPR management software. The Exhibition Center provides various external services such as software free trial, software selection consulting, and product upgrading instruction.

Patent analysis Under client’s demands, we make in-depth analysis and processing of patent literature information and extract and assess various complicated patent information to help clients understand technical layout trend and patent protection scope, thus give a clear technical development direction.
